The busy week had hardly started when we were included in the top list again. Axon Partners is in TOP 15 HR Brands Among Law Firms. Jurgazeta, a weekly newspaper for lawyers, together with the Student League the Ukrainian Bar Association, interviewed final year law students and recent alumnus, and asked them where they would like to be employed.

“Initially, I was thinking of saying something smart, but I’d rather tell the truth. We have no concept to follow when we recruit our staff. Quite possibly, we are not going to follow any concept at all. People are our greatest, and eventually, one and only value. We can hardly explain the approaches we used to build our current team. I guess it was a coincidence. That’s why we are not going to mislead ourselves and imagine that there is a certain system of hiring the “right people”. Anybody who joins our team becomes the “right person”. In our holacratic organization, everyone is independent and self-sufficient. All people here have their own standpoints and a high level of entrepreneurship in their genes. I doubt that lawyers who have worked in hierocratic organizations for more than 5 years are able to preserve such personal qualities. Who do we welcome? We do welcome applicants from different schools and different counties. Possibly, we are going to hire not only law grads, but also people who have second university degree in law. Lawyers with encyclopedic knowledge of civil law are equally valuable for us as lawyers who are able to draw a smart contract on Ethereum. We definitely don’t welcome people with poor grammar and spelling skills”, commented Dmytro Gadomsky, Attorney-at-Law, CEO, Axon Partners.
