Axon Partners Shortlisted for The Lawyer Business Leadership Awards
Joking apart, for it’s time to get down to business! You may laugh at it, but we have been shortlisted for the Lawyer Business Leadership Awards 2016, together with other nominees, such as Dentons, Eversheds, Herbert Smith Freehills. Every year, London lawyers mark out a number of interesting legal business initiatives outside of UK. This year, the British Legal Club patted us on the back and shortlisted Axton Partners for two nominations: Best Agile Working Initiative and Innovation in Project Management.
“We don’t have to discover continents again. All we do is adjust our services to our clients’ needs. Initially, our task was to hold on to quality assurance provided by the big four and other top-level law firms. But at the same time, out aim was to get rid of hierarchy and bureaucracy. That’s why we borrowed Scrum and Kanban project management methods from IT companies and managed to adjust them to legal services. But that’s not half of the story. We have started with agile project management, and are currently moving towards agile company management. Again, we don’t have to invent anything. Instead, we adjust holacracy implemented by Sportify and Netflix to our needs”, said Dmytro Gadomsky, CEO at Axon Partners, while tears of happiness were trickling down his face.
